Help!! Major Malware and Trojan Problems, Logs Attached

    It looks like I have a number of Malware, Trojans ect on my system. I've tried everything recommended in the forum to no avail. Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to remove this stuff. I have attached HJT log, BitDefender and Panda Scan. I will send the GetRunKey and ShowNew files when I reply since you can only upload three at a time. I appreciate any help you can provide.

    Here are the other files. By the way, I followed the instructions for GetRunKeys but it didn't seem to add a file call runkeys.txt. It created several files instead. So I zipped them up and attached.

    Neither GetRunKey nor ShowNew ran properly! You need to run the tool below which was mentioned in the download link for the tools.



    For Windows 2000: download and run: W2KFix

    After running it, please run both GetRunKey and ShowNew again and attach the correct logs (runkeys.txt and newfiles.txt). Then enter the below commands:

    cd C:\MGTOOLS
    GetRunKey
    ShowNew

    Write down any errors you get from running these commands and post them here.

    I had already ran the w2Kfix program before and it didn't fix the problem. I'm not sure why. Any other ideas/suggesstion so for running GetRunKey or ShowNew to run properly?

    Run the GetRunKey.bat and ShowNew.bat files from a command prompt window and report back any error messages you get.

    You open a command prompt by click Start, Run, and enter cmd and click OK.
