Help!!! Malware Problem!!!

First of all, i just wanted to say that i have followed through the Read and run me first steps before posting this thread.

A few days ago my Zone Alarm scanned and caught a virus by the name of Win32.SillyDL.AGC which was in the file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\win55.tmp

Even after Zone Alarm treated the virus it continued to come back, some even in the user temporary interet files folder when i scanned later on; and today when i checked to see the TEMP folder i found more than 100 win??.tmp files that were not there previously (??=different numbers and words ex: winB0.tmp or win11.tmp etc.) My Zone Alarm is still continuing to catch and treat this virus but i'd like to remove it from my system entirely so that it wont come back at all.

I've attached the necessary logs and i'd appreciate any help to clean out my system.
