Help me fix my PC

Please read the spyware tutorial, Hijack This log files are a last step. Are you experiencing anything for symptoms besides large fonts?

If not, it may be a very common problem; hold down the Ctrl key and scroll your wheel mouse, that adjusts the font sizes in Internet Explorer and assumes you have a wheel mouse.

I would try it away from this message board though, as it uses a lot of fancy stuff and the scrolling does not work well while actually viewing this forum, so go to our main page http://www.majorgeeks.com try it there and see if it works and then come back.

 

Since I see your way out of date with SpyBot S&D, you may be out of date with Ad-aware and its reference list. Go here: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 do the stuff indicated. Also click on each of the links even though you believe you may have the program. This way you can see the proper versions. SpyBot S&D is already on 1.3 Final for sometime now and there are update definitions to download too. You need to make sure your scanners and reference files are updated.

Also in addition to what the link recommends. You should run the Ad-aware & SpyBot scans after booting in safe mode.

Most computers have some sort of spyware installed, so I will let Chaslang take you from here on the spyware issue because he is the best I know of. But, like the font, I want to rule out an issue or 2. I gave you a possible fix for large fonts, now heres a possible fix for red X's:

First did you get those other issues resolved that Major Attitude gave you info on (the large fonts and the Redx)?
