Help me get rid of SNAPdo

I'm at the end of my rope. Picked up some darn virus or mal ware called Snapdo and nothing I have tried will delete it. I purchased the professional version of CCleaner, Avast and SparkTrust, nothing will un-install that darn thing. I never had as much trouble in my life until I purchased a new "ACER" computer which came loaded with so much crap applets plus of course Windows 8.1. But to make a long story short, can anyone tell me how to un-install Snapdo??. Thanks for any help
