help me ! i wanna know about GTK shap

I’m Thien Sao Bui. I’m a student. I’m interested in GTK# beacause it is a multiple platform. But I know a little about this technology.
In my PC, I have installed gtksharp-runtime-2.7.1 for window and mono -1.1.13.8-gtksharp-2.8.2 for window. Now I’m beginer in GTK#. So I don’t know anything about this technology. I don’t know the way to write,compile, config, and run an application in GTK#. I don’t know how I can bind assemblies together to implement a program… In .NET platform when we write an application we can drag and drop the control objects (Button, ComboBox, Notebook,….) I don’t know in GTK# whether we can do it and how.
I’m so happy if you show me to know more about it. You can share me some document about GTK#.
