Help Me, I'm an Idiot when it comes to computers.

    I have a problem I ran a scan with AVG and it detected all sorts of Problems. I also have tron remover which wont run an entire scan because C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\gmudynpr.dat and the program is loaded by the following registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\qpiejzqa\"ImagePath"
    I want to finish the scan to see if it can remove it. What should I do the only options are to:
    Allow file to be loaded
    prevent load and remove
    prevent load by renaming it to disable
    Exlude this file from future scans
