help me.........malware,spyware found

i have a mojor problem...my pc somehow cannot perform its major n minor functions ymore.i can't do a copy n paste,i cant uninstall some programs,i cant do a system restore,i cant change my desktop pic..........uhm there is no audio coming from my pc,when i try to play any sort of sound it says that no audio device is present........n my drives wont pick up wats plugged into them i did a virus scan.......n i found TR/Crypt.ULPM.Gen,WORM/Traxgy n i removed them.can u plz help me to get my pc to function the way it use to without having me go tru a recovery........i cant afford to start 4rm stratch
