help me out guys. held with big problem

hi i have a problem with my system..

suddenly my antivirus didnt work.. some how i managed with MBAM. it scanned n resulted with Trojan.Agent,Rootkit.Bagle .. again i tried to run MBAm again it showed same result.

and i gone thro ur instructions.
i tried to download ccleaner, hijackthis, spybot it changes into .part file and gets disappeared.. even if i try something it says 'not a win32 apps'

i dono wat to do. im not too technical guy.. pls help me out.

some how i managed to scan with MBAM.. i had attached that log file with this..
pls help me out with this regard..
