Help me please - GFX card

Ok, My system is set up as shown below.

(CPU) 1-AMD Athlon™ XP 3200+, 2190MHz, 512KB
(RAM) 1024MB Crucial DDR
(GFX) RADEON 9800 PRO
(Display) 1024x768/32bit/85Hz
(OS) Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 1 (5.1 - 2600)

Ok, everything runs fine first of all. I use asus probe to monitor my cpu fan and my voltages etc. However i have recently baught a VGA Silencer for my graphics card. ( I highly recomend getting one of these as it really does make it silent and has improved the performance of my card ) But anyway. The VGA Silencer comes with a fan controller ... well not so much a controller more or a switch to set to high or low settings. But anyway, i dont know what it is set to. I kind of gathered up was fast and down was slow but i am not posative. Does any one know a program that can be used to monitor the speed of the fan and temp of the graphics card?

Fan speed low = 1200rpm, high is 2400
A review I read: GPU and ambient temps were monitored via thermal probes attached to an Enermax multifuction pannel.

The rewiew was good one: on low fan setting was 3C better than stock, and on high setting was 10C better
Room temp/case air flow would also contribute to achieved results!
