Help me please?

    I know nothing about computers or malware etc, but I'm fairly convinced that my laptop has a virus. It will only shut down/ restart when running in safe mode, safe mode with networking just won't work, it's impossible to download anything from the internet, all the browsers I've tried will crash after 5-30 mins, and then fail to reopen, I did have McAfee, however that not only no longer runs, but will not open, and I cannot uninstall or generally touch the file, it only opens a white page. I've followed the instructions in Read & Run me first already.
