Help Me!!!!please

please help!!!!winfix mess

Ok, i just ran the VundoFix.exe and i ticked the run as task and it says u will receive and message in less than one minute and i never recieved it, so i re-started my computer and now my mcafee anti-virus is disabled and i dont know what to do, can someone please help me, i dont know what i've done wrong

 

Ok, well i ran the VundoFix.exe and i did everything you said to do, i ticked the run as task box and it came up with a box saying it will close and re-open in less than 1 minute.....this never happened so i tried again, did not work again, so i re-started my computer on the opening screen and it said in safe mode or something, so i shut my computer down compltetely now my mcafee anti-virus is disabled and i have a NVIDIA settings box in my right hand side tool bar down the bottom, i dont know what to do, can someone please help me, and when my computer loaded up it said that it had found new hardware my a modem, i dont know if thats my router i have, i dont understand what is going on, i didnt everything asked, pleasehelp me
