Not sure where this would go so sorry if I posted in the wrong spot but I downloaded a mmorpg and it told me to go into properties->Setting->Advance->General and change to small font and I only have large and normal. So I clicked DPI settings and went to custom settings and set it as low as it could go and it messed with all my font and icons. When I fixed the font to the right size the start menu was really big. So I wentto Appearance in the display proteries and switched font size to normal and it fixed my start menu but now all my icons on my desktop are really far spaced out how do I get them back to there normal spacing?

Not sure I'm understanding the problem .... if you want to arrange the icons on your desktop, just drag them into places where you want them. Or you could right click on the desktop and choose arrange icons by ....
You might try refresh ....is this what your after?
Or is it a problem sith the fonts of the icons?

I tried refresh, arrange by name and its still to far spaced out.

Can you click and hold onto an icon and slide it across the desktop?

no I moved the icons and when I tried to rearange them it was still doing the same thing.
