Help me remember the name of this cartoon!!!

When i was younger i used to watch a cartoon every morning before i went to school..around 1994!

I know im english and most of you are american but they musta showed it there too!

It was a cartoon about a boy who lived with a load of robots, a car, a black ninja, a chef and many more.

Thats all i can really remember its NOT transformers!!! some of them like the car transformed from a car to a fighting robot and things like that and it was really cool.

Another one of them was on scates, and there was a little boy robot too.

Somebody must know what this is called!!
