Help me spin my mobo/HDD

i just got a new video card, had problems puttin it in, and i would like to reset my mobo and hdd

i have asus A8N-SLI Premium mobo and just windows xp sp2


now i wanna make my mobo like it came out of the box, so this means i have to take out the cmos battery.. or "flash the bios..." or wut can i do?


i know how to format my HDD thats not really a problem, i just wanna know if i do that..

would i have to flash my bios to fix device manager?

Everything you'd want to change is on the HD, the motherboard never gets changed by windows at all. If you want, it controls windows, windows does not control it.

SO if you want to start over all you do is format the HD and leave the motherboard alone.

 

if i was rich, i would fly you down to FL so you can FU%^&^&* BIT^*^% slap my freind, he was all tellin me no the mobo is messed up and i will need to reset it bla bla

and i was thinking windows configs.. and if i Spin HDD i should have no problems...
