help me...WIN32.TROJANDOWNLOADER.ZLOB

    help me guys , my laptop is infected with WIN32.TROJANDOWNLOADER.ZLOB and infected my files... i'm running on kaspersky antivirus too, they managed to detect and delete but it appears that the virus is still there... i've attached the combolist log report and ad-adware se log report. pls help me thanks.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    Download HostsXpert and then follow the below steps.
    • Unzip HostsXpert.zip
      [*]It will create a folder named HostsXpert in whatever folder you extract it to.
      [*]Run HostsXpert.exe by double clicking on it.
      [*]click the Make Writeable? button.
      [*]click Restore Microsoft's Hosts File and then click OK.
      [*]Click the X to exit the program
    Now please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    hey, i clicked the HostsXpert.exe and clicked make Writable? and then click Restore MS hosts File but they showed there error... but if i juz click it to ' Make ReadOnly?' and Restore MS hosts File it works fine..with no errors..so am i on the right track?

    No! That means you did not restore the original hosts file because something else is locking it. Possible a protection program like your antivirus or antispyware program.

    Please complete my other instructions.
