Hello, I'm working on a senior project that involves how a computer physically runs, I am asking for any resources that might be useful (I'm looking for information on how the computer is assembled, what the parts do, how they work, each and every fine detail on the matter) No matter how boring and or bare bones the information you are giving me is, I'll read it, and I'll likely use it. I don't need any information on more external devices like optical drives and the like, more along the lines of how this computer can turn on, how it executes its functions, how it registers input information and outputs it, how energy is transferred through it, stuff like that.

Ps. This project is going to be able the comparison between how a computer and a human brain physically work, and how they are similar.

Thank you for the help if you decide to, I'm hoping to make this project good, (after all, it is a requirement to graduate!) Much love, thanks again. Have a great day.

This reminds me of a few episodes of Grey's Anatomy in I believe Season 9 where they were using probes in the brain to let a person mentally control prosthetic limbs. I know it's fiction but possibly is real research going on. Grey's Anatomy is on Netflicks.
