Help me with hijack this!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please help! I am trying to run the hijack this program and it says not to delete all of these!! It says to ask for help in thie forum!! PLEASE HELP... Which ones do I fix?????????????????????????
