Help me with my HiJackThis log?

Can someone help me sift through my HiJackThis log. I got infected by some malware and have repeatedly used Ad-aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, Ewido Anti-Spyware, and Scan Spyware to remove spyware that keeps gettin reinstalled. If i use Firefox and dont use IE then i dont seem to get the problem as much, although i still get it just not as frequently. Also it seems like my comp is running a bit slow.

Here are some of the spyware/malware things i have removed recently:

Purity Scan
VX2
WebNexus
Yazzle.exe
Find The Website You Need

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
