Help my computer is being spied on

Hello all

This is my first post and after reading your site and being impressed I feel you can help. My gfs uncle is spying on our pc and using the information against our 14 year old daughter. Needless to say we only found out today and are shocked and saddened. Of course we are going to report this but we need proof. We ran HijackThis and the following came up-

[iSafeCW] C:\Program files\Mozilla Firefox\Keylogger\winsrv.exe

Can anyone tell me what this is and what else I should look out for? He has his own profile here and knows a thing or two about computers so he has me at a disadvantage.

It could be a keylogger from Ecodsoft. See: http://www.ecodsoft.com/

Check to see if either of these are installed and if you did not install it then uninstall it. But do note that this is not considered malware nor is it a malware problem. This is a commercial keylogger. The fact that it was possibly installed on your PC without your knowledge/approval and possibly by a family member is the problem which again is not a malware problem.
