HELP!! My Computer is hijacked!!

Hello, My boyfriend is out of town until tomorrow and I've had to use it to keep up with his work..he said something funny was happening with it and he was so right!! It won't go anywhere I need in the browser..I think it's hijacked. I tried to update the anti virus and spy ware on the machine, but it won't update! When I go online it goes to different spam sites I don't want..first it goes to this asiuoqgusdbaksd.com, then goes to some dumb video or sales site. Sometimes it just goes to an anti spy ware site instead of my homepage. What kind of virus is this??? I went through your XP Cleaning steps and did the logs. Here they are. Help before my boyfriend gets back please! Thanks!
