Help My Computer Is Sick

    HELP MY COMPUTER IS SICK

    I hope someone can help me clena up my desktop. Thanks in advance

    1) It is detecting a BO:HEAP virus
    2) In Windows Task Manager, I see multiple instances of iexplore.exe to begin with, even right after boot-up. It mutates back when I try to kill one of the instances.
    3) I get annoying VID popup.
    4) I run Ad-Aware 2007, AVG Anti-Spyware at safe mode and Super-Antispyware everytime, and the problems persists.
