Help - my Mom's computer is not co-operating

My Mom's computer is not behaving well these days. We tried to run Spybot, but received this message -

She also is receiving random messages with "Saac" in the title in little boxes on her screen. Very frustrating.
Any help that can be offered would be much appreciated!

 

Do you use an ATI graphics card? If so, update the drivers.
