HELP! My new PC won't turn on!

    I'm trying to build a PC, but it will not turn on. When I press the power button, I hear a little noise in the PSU, but that's it. I checked to make sure I had the power supply connected to the mother board, and I also verified those really small annoying pins (the HDD LED, RESET SW, POWER SW, etc.). What else is there for me to look for?

    Please help!

    Have you definately connect the CPU power cable? And the big ATX power cable? Alos cheack that your memory is inserted firmly. Once last thing, are you running the monitor off an added graphics card? Have you tried using the monitor on the onboard graphics(If avalible)
