help needed removing nvcoi.exe virus

Hi,
I have been getting a lot of ad pop-ups over the last few days, and I have run scans using my symantec anti-virus software and pc tools spyware doctor. I keep finding new viruses daily but the only one the symantec software cannot remove or quarentine is C:\Program Files\nvcoi\nvcoi.exe downloader virus.

Please could someone give me some advice on how to remove this virus.
