Help needed to ensure Java Exploit has gone.

I've got a recurring problem with my computer which appears to be of the Java Exploit kind. Having tried to install two differing video conversion programs, both failed to install, I rebooted my machine to find that Firefox and ULead Studio no longer ran.

Running AVG and others identified the JE Trojan. However it is still hanging even though I've run numerous anti-virus scans with differing AV programs.

All relevant logs are attached, but most said nothing was found.

Should I just format and start again?
