Help needed

Hello my name is William and I am having a bad problem that is similar to this! I used torrentz to try to download a movie and once it came it re-directed me to like 12 different sites. Long story short I have been up since 4 am hardly being able to even get onto the internet only way being is EI(no-addons) It corrupted my firefox and internet explorer keeps saying I have to update my browser when I really choose to use a old version 3.6 or later. Upon asking to update my browser i said ehh may as well more security right? WRONG? I tried to install the new Firefox 4 all went well asked me to reboot well its stuck in a loop now! Was able to use EI8 for a bit till it got zapped, mind you I removed the torrent ect and did plenty of scans with IObit maleware removal ACS4 ect. Said it removed it but i must boot my system so i rebooted with windows feature restart. Came back up and said to make changes to firefox you must uninstall the old version which i did repeatedly numerous times for about 4 hrs till i realized I was probably hijacked/hacked! I play a few games online one called Warrock the rest are pc games that dont require connections ect. I do not hack no hardly anything about it I am pretty keen with a computer and have had few problems! I know I was dumb for trying to play with fire and use bittorrentz but i removed it and all traces now my pc is haywire bad like I am writing this messege from EI no add ons but nothing else will work... I have log files of most of the deletion IP traces ect if someone would assist me I would greatly appreciate it! Tried Calling windows,dell,and isp they all give me run around and try to get my pc wideopen as i call it when i am keen to attacks and have taken measures to prevent till now! But being I had the same problem till i removed Firefox all together all traces the processes doubled then quadroupled till i unplugged modem even tried to restore to an earlier time and same stuff! Plz any assistance from a pro? I am amatuer i admit but I know my way around the pc and had no problems till now!

Please follow the instructions in the below link:

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide


and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

• **** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****
• Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.

• After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!

Helpful Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
   
   • Starting your computer in Safe mode
2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes while logged into this aother user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, ComboFix and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
   • Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!

Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

I am not aware and don't understand what I did to so called BUMP the thread but... Anyways I was on with no add-ons and didnt have many controls on this forum! Now I did the run read me thing as i have in the past helps not much! But since I bump or whatever i will take my problems elsewhere. Used to be a nice place here a few years back what happened to it? It seems like smarts build arrogance and I'm not cool with that! Thanks for trying to help. And failing miserably by accusing someone of BUMPING theres too many sites that help and have decent folks on them! Where can I go to bump my profile off this inept site>? Im sure u can help me wit that fortunatly I fixed it myself wanted second opinions but arrogance is bad karma! Good luck wit that!
