This is a so great website!!. I learned a lot from here. I have a Dell 1150 computer, CPU 2.8Ghz. it was hit by malwares and viruses two days ago, or even longer (I just do not know). My homepage was changed to another site and could not be changed back. and the sign of a virus alert kept on showing at the lower right corner of my computer. I followed the instruction of " Read&Run Me" step by step, installed those anti-spywares. I did find a lot of malwares and most of them had been deleted. Now the problems i mentioned did not happen again and the computer seems run good under the normal boot mode. but the speed is still not fast. I also followed the step 6 to run the online virus and trojan scanning. The Bitdefender found some malwares and deleted them; then the Panda ActiveScan found 24 malwares but can not disinfect them.
Here attached are the logs from bitdefender, panda activeScan, and hijackthis. Please help me to find out how to solve the problems unfinished. thanks a lot !!!

Thanks a lot. I followed all the step of SpywareQuake & SpyFalcon Removal Procedure.
All the files and folders seem to be good except that the only file i found not right is the follows: %System32%\stdole3.tlb. I have deleted it.

here attached is the smitfiles.txt and a fresh Hijackthis log. thank you very much. I really appreciate your great help!!

Sorry to butt in, but I just updated the Spywarequake/SpyFalcon procedure for the newer form that you have. You should run it again and make sure you download the fixquake.reg patch again since it has changed. Also there is a new file in the list of things to remove. The file is %system32%\oqipt.dll

Attach a new smitfile.txt log afterwards.

Scan with HijackThis and fix the following:
    REBOOT to Safe Mode.

Search for and delete this file if found:
    REBOOT to Normal Mode.

    Post a fresh HijackThHis log.
