Help! Newbie needs help removing Troj/Virtum-Gen virus

Hi, I got this quarantined in my Sophos antivirus, but it says to manually remove it! It is a Troj/Virtum-Gen virus

I have run Ad-Aware and Spybot and Combofix already about 3x each but no luck.

The details on this are as follows according to Sophos -
Location: HKLM/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS/CURRENTVERSION/EXPLORER/BROWSERHELPEROBJECTS (registry)

C:/windows/system32/ssqpo.dll (application)

HKCR/CLSID/{175f7c49-6435-4245-a615-02ba519563ef} (registry)

I am attempting ro run Vundofix V6.7.7 right now, as I have only googled this in desparation!

This is on my work computer and ame in through an email in my OE.....I have now closed the preview pane in hopes this will help stop these malicious emails.

Is there any way to prevent this in the future? I never clicked on any link in this type of email, immediately deleted it but of course, the preview pane was open and it installed immediately.

Also, the last virus i had last week which was removed by my IT guys at work taking about 4 hours to do so, left a strange problem that they never fixed.......almost every minute or so, sometimes more, a blank Explorer page will pop up, it's very annoying.........I have to continually x out of them! any ideas on how to fix this as well?
