Help! - Outlook will only start in Safe Mode

A week and a half ago, I DL'd a program (Synching 2) to synchronize Outlook across multiple computers. The software did not perform properly so I uninstalled it. Shortly thereafter my Outlook 2007 began acting strangely, such that it will only function in Outlook safe mode, and then intermittedly. It acts normally when I restart in system safe mode, but otherwise is highly problematic.

I have run everything as required in Malware removal, have attempted to repair Outlook through my Office Pro 2007 disk, done several Repairs through Outlook directly, and Outlook is still malfunctioning as described.

My system is a Dell MP061 Intel 2.0 ghz Dup Core laptop running on XP Pro, SP3, and Office Pro 2007.

I have attached logs from Super AntiSpyware, MalwareBytes, and ComboFix, and will subsequently send MGlogs.zip.

Any help or direction you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
