Help please, before tower goes threw the window

I'm having a really hard time getting rid of command Service or w/e.
I've followed everything in that thread, and all it did was get my back my task bar (thank god) the computer is running a little smoother.

Still having problems. Command service is picked up, but no programs can delete it. Can't manually delete it either.

Still getting minor popups, but the real annoyance is when I try opening something, like an IE browser, It tells me there isn't enough system resouces. Yet nothing is open. (at least nothing by me) Usually happens upon startup.

Also, I couldn't install Windows Defender, Counter spy, or Java it tells me I'm in safe mode or windows installer isn't installed. I'm not in safe mode, and I've reinstalled windows installer twice.

I DO have the HJT log, and the show new.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

• Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around..

• CounterSpy - ONLY IF you were not able to run Windows Defender
• Bitdefender - from step 6
• Panda Scan - from step 6
• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
• HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
