help please! bloodhound.32.ep

My computer has been running slow and not shuting down properly. on top of that im having other problems like not being able to view internet explorer history. Norton detected bloodhound.32.ep running in my system. I am aware
that norton cannot remove this virus. I did a full system scan with EZ antivirus and deleted 5 trojans but bloodhound.32.ep is still being detected by norton. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You should run our tutorial, EZ Antivirus and Nortons are not on our scan list. Also disabling system restore and booting to safe mode (along with tools we suggest) go a long way. This will not be removed with a single anti-virus program.

If you do get cleaned out, please go to WindowsUpdate immediately and updsate to service pack 2.

I scanned again and got rid of it with ez anti. Bloodhound.32.ep is no longer poping up on norton. I updated windows as us suggested. thx

SP2 will be a big help for you as well, SP1 has so many vulnerabilities that have been patched, its insane. If problems return, follow the tutorial and start a new thread.
