Help please, comsvcs32.dll virus/malware!

Hello, this is my first time posting here and im sort of new at this stuff. I was hoping i can be helped to resolve this little issue i have on my computer.

Everytime i boot up my pc or try to open any program, i get an error that looks like the attachment i added. Sometimes even with a different name at the top bar. Im running widows vista
