Help! Please help me identify my problem.

Hello, I need help please.

I've done all the steps recommended, even took my laptop to a tech, and the problem is still here . I just talked to the tech and he wants to see it again. So I want to try and give him some more information. I'm not an expert obviously lol, but I am familiarized with "my little friends," and the issues they create.

Well, here's a quick description of what's happening. My LAN and wireless adapters disappear, drivers are overwritten, and programs become corrupted. I also have two unidentified users on my quota log. One user owns only the rasphone.pbk by the way.

My hijackthis shows signs of CWS, and other unknowns. I've seen my virus/hickjacker mess with the fonts, drivers, services, as well as disabling all antivirus and firewalls I install. Besides all that, I've gone in using DOS and yes command.com, chkdsk.exe, etc. are all corrupted as well.

When I tried scandisk.exe using a separate DOS CD, I got an error saying something about a acpi issue, (sorry I may be wrong, I'll check again) and registry space needing to be created before correcting.

Neither McAfee, Norton, Avg., Kav, or Antivir will detect anything.

The only program that actually identified worms and trojans was the True Sword trial version. Spybot did detect something having to do with the SpySheriff. I've already followed some of the special removal procedures for both SpySherrif, and CWS. My hijackthis ends up basically empty since everytime I fix something, a previously ok startup will change.

My system seems to be a bit more stable thanks to the True Sword. I usually have to keep formatting, since after a while all my drivers become unsigned.

I'd like to paste some of the logs and little odd findings I've found if that would be ok.
