Help Please!!! How To Remove PC Mightymax 2007

I apologize if this has been asked before, I could not find it...

I'm trying to remove PC MIGHTYMAX 2007 from my hard drive.

It gives me an error warning that pcmm2007.exe : Access is denied
make sure program is not in use....

I've looked everywhere to see how to remove it but have not a Clue

Any Help is appreciated

That was driving me bonkers....

LOL the story behind it ending up on my computer in the 1st place.
Is/was a friend who works for the Government and their Systems, was showing me how to do some file back ups and fix some other assorted little quirks. That either my daughter and or I had done. Ended up causing some registry problems....
Well anyway that program got loaded when he was hunting for a program he uses regularly, but did not have his little repair disk with him. So he was hunting for it on the web.

Long story short...........You Helped me Greatly...
