HELP PLEASE infected with VIRTUMONDE.dll otherwise known as PMNLJ.DLL

Please help I have realy many things on this....I do not know where to begin or how to even post a hijack this thing for yall.

But I will start from beginning.

Basically I think it came from LIMEWIRE and what happens is My entire Screen disappears when I LOG ON computer ....only thing visable is the Wallpaper....there is no icons..no programs...no start menu..no task bar.


I can access some programs from hitting CTRL ALT DELETE then running through there...but that is only way how...I am on the internet because i ran internet explorer from there.....I also have run adaware and spybot and also trend microsoft antivirus full version and none of them can delete this..they jus point it out...

Please help.
