So I've done the readme thing on this site before, and it worked wonders, so I figured I'd do it again to try and fix my current problems. However my problems are SO bad that once I click say Spybot's download link on any site, I click "Save File" and then NOTHING HAPPENS! This happens with EVERY program, therefore I cannot attach logs or anything like that. Can someone help me?!

Whenever I restart my computer I get a blue and yellow background screen saying "Warning you have spyware on your computer: Install a spyware removal program now!" Or something like that. There's also a little red balloon down by my clock and it always pops up saying "you have spyware, and when I click it this thing opens called "WinReanimator".

I know I didn't include logs, that's simply because I can't. Can ANYBODY help me?

If you can't download anything ( including the MGTools.exe)...then I would suggest trying an online scan to help get you started with the removal process:

Go to Bitdefender agree to the

license and then select Scan. DO NOT CHANGE THE OPTIONS TO SHOW ALL FILES SCANNED. That

will make your logs huge and we don't need to see clean files. Once Bitdefender completes

    the scan:

Click-on the Detected Problems tab. Then select Click here to export the scan report

When the window comes up to save the report, change the Save as type: box to Text (Tab

Delimited) (*.txt) and then in the File name box enter change to bdscan then click save.

This will save a file named bdscan.txt in whatever folder you are currently in when you

save the file (take notice of where you are at so you can find it later). This bdcan.txt

file will actually contain HTML code that we can easily view later while reviewing your

log. All we have to do is rename the file to bdscan.html.

Well.. I didn't change any options, and it says it'll take roughly 5 hours.. Was I supposed to do something? I'll let it run while I sleep tonight and post it tomorrow if i don't get a reply from you.

Time will vary depending on the size of your hard drive and what all is on it ....but don't believe the time estimate...but it could take up to an hour.
