Help Please, Nortons Power Eraser - windows not booting

I saw several posts about my same issue but saw individual information had to be given. I downloaded and ran Norton's Power Eraser and now windows will not boot, system restore is not working either. I took the steps required with Farbar, here is my scan (both included in post and attached) . ANY help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Attached is fixlist.txt

• Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now attempt to boot normally.
