help please, please!!!!!!!!

hi, this is my first post on this page,i was reading the guide that you guys had on the site, and i tried to follow it step by step, but when i got into the part of using the softwares, they doesn't run, i installed them according to the instructions but they don't work, so i hope that anyone could help me with this situation, or what can i do because i am tired of that malware in my system thx, by the way, i got winivstr.exe so help please

If you follow the instructions exactly as written, some of the tools will work. I would expect that at the very least MGtools will run. And ComboFix will most likely work if you follow the instructions we have given for using it properly. Please try again and attempt all steps. Don't just stop at the first thing that does not work. Continue on to the next steps. Without logs, we cannot help you! We fix dozens of PCs each week with the problem malware you say you have. And each user can run ComboFix if run properly and MGtools always works.
