Help please with poiskin.ru

Hello there. I am having an issue with google redirecting me to poiskin.ru. I have done most steps like combofix, ad-aware, spybot, norton antivirus. I am unable to stop antivirus for it is a company computer and i do not have admin rights to do that. here is a log from hijackthis after doing all these processes.

Help with removal of spyware!

Hi there I am having issues with google on internet explorer 7. I do a search in google and when i click on one of the links it redirects me to another site. I looked at it for a moment before it did this and it goes to poiskin.ru first then another site afterwards. I am doing all my scans first from superantispyware, malwarebytes, combofix, and mgtools then i will post my logs when completed.

Any help after this would be appreciated if I am still having issues.
