Help Please!!

ok well i went completely through your guide on the removal of spyware, viruses, and malware in general and i still have the same problem. I keep getting this popup named " Messenger Service " and it pops up at random intervals, i control + alt + delete and did a show process, and it brings me to a process called CSRSS.EXE and i google it and it says its a problem, but here's the catch when i go to END PROCESS the process it comes up saying its critial system file and it wont allow me to end the process, nor can i even find the process to completely wipe it off my pc. I reformatted today for the third time this week because im hoping that one of these formats will actually get rid of the damn thing. but here are my logs for you all to see and hopefully we can get things in running order.

also, forgot to mention im using WindowsXP Professional edition, with no service pack installs, due to the fresh format.

do you think this will resolve the issue? or are you just saying i need to get the new updates? i usually update but since i reformatted i havnt because of the issue.

 

ok ive been waiting since my last post for this thing to find the new updates and it hasnt returned a thing...is there a clean link i can get the updates from?
