Help please!!!

    Somehow I got ahold of something on the internet, now I keep getting fullscreen advertisement popups it turns my screen white before showing them. Plus Virus detected keeps popping up (Windows has detected a virus infection! Please use Macrovirus to remove the infection).

    I have rebooted in safe mode and used yahoo antivirus scanner, spybot,ccleaner, adaware, advanced windows care v2 personal. The only one that has found anything is advanced windows care v2 personal it says ( c:|windows|ctdi./nosrv) it will delete but as soon as I reboot it starts back up. So I'm not sure if that's it or what I got a hold of please help!!!!

    I hope I did this right!!!!!!

    I did read instructions on what to do just not real computer savy and don't want to delete something I need.
