Help, please

I recently encountered new problems with my PC, not just slowdowns, but Security Center says more than one AV is running.
When I tried to do the cleanup, ComboFix said Prevx 3.0 was running and not to try to run CF w/o shutting it off, so I didn't. But I can't find the process!! I USED to have Prevx, but it was such a garbage AV I uninstalled it (so I thought). Anywhere. I used the Task Manager, which didn't see it, I also tried one of the misc tools on HijackThis which was supposed to be able to track this kind of stuff down. No luck.
I ran the other programs and submitted their logs. Please let me know if you think I should try ComboFix anyway or if you can figure out what's up.

Run ComboFix anyway after shutting down Kaspersky. If ComboFix will not run in normal boot mode, try it again in safe boot mode.

Based on what I see in the logs you have attached thus far, it does not appear that you are having malware problems.

Please put a copy of the below file into a ZIP file and attach it here:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\%LocalXml%

When did your problems begin? Was it around April 17th which looks like the time frame where you did a large update like possible to Win XP SP3?

You also installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 around April 24th and this may also have cause some noticeable performance changes.
