Help please!

    My sister was recently on my computer and apparently went to some questionable websites. As a result, my firewall has been turned off and will not come back on. I've run MBAM and it keeps coming up with rootkit.0access, but every time I remove it, it shows right back up in the scans. I've also tried running MSE, where it comes up with trojan.sirefef. However it only gets about five minutes into the scan before the comp reboots itself.

    I've tried going through all the steps on the forum sticky, so I'm hoping I have all of the correct logs. D:

    Please download ComboFix to your desktop and run it. Do not do anything while it runs. Attach the log when it is finished.
