help please

winxp sp1
I did all the scans on the read me first sticky except trendmicro(I keep getting page cannot be displayed).Symantec found explorer.exe,and C:\win\servicepackfiles\I386\explorer.exe were infected with trojan.admincash.I still have files C:\b0eb16c8.exe and C:\windows\toolbar.exe and \system32 dktibs.exe,these file I cannot delete.So I then got norton 5 installed and updated.Norton found the infected explorer.exe file on restart.Norton then reported it had to shut down explorer.exe to fix the problem,I clicked ok explorer .exe was shut down computer restarted,it takes twice as long to boot now and i get a message saying explorer.exe has encounterd a problem and needs to close.Where do I start if I can't get to the desktop.Any help will be great,thanks.

 

Make sure you have HijackThis 1.99.1 and follow the guidelines on where to install it and how to post a log as an attachment. This is all covered in the sticky thread NO HIJACK THIS LOG FILES BEFORE READING THIS: HJT Tutorial & LOG File Posting

Now post a HijackThis log as an attachment to your message (Do not post the log inline). All running programs should be closed, including your web browser and e-mail. Please close these before running Hijack This!

To repeat: Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT
