Help Please!

    i reformatted my computer and then i had no sound and i could not connect to the internet even through lan.

    i downloaded the drivers from www.realtek.com i installed the drivers and then i restarted my computer. i plugged in the ethernet cable and it said 4 sent 0 received.. i dont know what to do.

    PLEASE HELP.
