   ndisuio.exe keeps on poping up under sygate's firewall over and over.
   Anyone know the problem?

   Are you sure it is ndisuio.exe and not ndisuio.sys. If it is ndisuio.exe, where is it located. Who does the file belong too? Right click on it an look at Properties and Version info.
   
   What did you tell Sygate to do about this?
   
   Do you have any wireless devices like mentioned in the below:
   
   http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/ndisuio/
   
   If you have no 802.11 Wireless Devices you could disable the service.
