Help please

    Hi, I'm sorry but I haven't been able to run the procedures in the sticky thread; I can't open the IE brower or the control panel on my infected computer, and I can't figure out why. Microsoft Works will occassionally work, but when I try to open other programs I mostly cannot. I'm not sure if it's because of a virus or if my computer is simply failing. Any help is appreciated!

    Do what you can in the sticky, skipping whatever you can't run. Post what logs you get. A HijackThis log is a must.
