HELP PLZ 2nd attempt!

I appreciate your reply to my last attempt.. I did all the steps except the spydoctor part last time because i couldnt get it to clean after the scan but i got that part finished now.. the symptoms to my problem would be random freezing of an individual internet explorer window upon clicking a link which happens very often, while leaving the other ie windows and other parts of my computer at normal working speed.. also counter-strike source is recieving massive lag issues which are not due to internet connection, to the point where i can't bear to play. i had a pop-up problem but spy doctor seemed to fix that for the most part. please help me in anyway possible i really appreciate this. last time i misunderstood the directions and renamed the hijackthis log as bdscan hehe sorry about that.

 

ahh apparently i missed a part of the tutorial im going to go back and go through it all again.. sorry about that i'll post updated info asap
