Right,

I seem to have a virus, as you will see in the screenshot, I have attacked an Hijack log thing.

I've tryed deleting the dll both through normal started up windows and in safe mode, but dosn't allow me to.

Disable all startup items,restart,delete,re-enable startup items that you require.
Didnt the anti-virus delete it?Isnt there offline delete for pccillin?

If that doesnt work you need some tools that can identify which exe is holding the dll.
Or some worm removal tool,but you should check the spyware forum for that.

 

winlogon.exe is what is running the docvga.dll file.

 

Can you use another os to acces this hardrive?
