HELP! Pop ups appear after I closed my browser!

I recently switched to the foxfire web browser and I am growing rather accustom to it. However, I only did this because I get the same dirty pop up every time I close a window from Microsoft Internet Explorer. I have used Adware, CCleaner, Spybot, and even the Microsoft AntiSpyware beta program but they all don't do a thing to stop it! I figure its only a problem with my Internet Explorer program becuase my Foxfire browser doesn't have the same issue. So if anyone can help me I would be most gracious!
